Faze 2 are very pleased to announce that Manchester’s finest dub step producer MRK1 is now a part of the Faze 2 family. This is massive news for dub step fans and promoters alike. Mark’s list of productions is as long as his arms and includes Planet Mu, Earwax and more recently Marine Parade (on remix duties for adam freeland’s Freelander) and his own Contagious Music label.
As well as producing under his own name, MRK1 is also the man behind the music of Virus Syndicate providing the beats for their rhymes and an integral part of the Virus show. 2009 is a big year for MRK1 with some really exciting collaborations on the table – watch this space for news.
