Atomic Hooligan – New release

Atomic Hooligan are back with a bang with their new release on Functional Records doing the promo rounds at the moment.  Smoke & Mirrors is released on 9th August 2010 and comes with remixes from Dog Town Clash and the mighty Ben & Lex
With outstanding reviews for this release across all media formats from magazines including DJ Mag, IDJ and Mixmag to blogs and online magazines to pirate, web and commercial radio stations across europe, Atomic Hooligan have picked up where they left off, maintaining their reputation for quality dancefloor rocking sounds.

With a follow up release on Functional already in the can and lined up for release in the next month, as well as more releases coming on their own Bass = Win label, Atomic Hooligan are well and truly back in the mix.

Atomic Hooligan – new mix online now

With a truck load of releases about to come out on various labels including Functional Records and their own Bass=Win, (including Atomic Hooligan original tracks, dubstep remixes of Atomic Hooligan tracks and Atomic Hooligan remixes of Bass=Win artists) the Hooligans have put together this short, sharp mixtape of whats rocking the Hooligan record box right now.

The mix is a typical mixture of bass heavy sounds that you would expect to hear from Atomic Hooligan, but with some new sounds thrown in for good measure, demonstrating once again that the Hooligans remain at the cutting edge of the dance music scene and an essential booking for any self respecting clubnight.

Asia = Win: New Atomic Hooligan mix online

With his june tour of south east asia on his mind, Atomic Hooligan has put together this new mix, which features some new Hooligan bits alongside some future Bass=Win tracks and some exclusive re-rubs.  Packing a punch right from the start, this is not a mix for the faint hearted.

Atomic Hooligan join Skitz and Toby Toast on this laid back ode to the green goodness!  Beefing up the beats and the bassline for a typically raucous remix, the Hooligans ease up every now and again, dropping back to the easy, bouncing vibe of the original to bring together a really nice remix perfect for the dancefloor.

Atomic Hooligan Bass Crazy b/w Club Sh*t – out now!

Its been a while since the last Atomic Hooligan release, but with their first release on the Bass = Win label the Hooligans once again set the standard with a fresh and unique sound that stands out with both sides of this release.
Bass Crazy is an electro bassline tear out that has been sending dancefloors crazy for co-label boss Rico Tubbs and Terry Hooligan for a while now, whilst Club Sh*t has a real dub step flavour without losing the intensity that you would expect from an Atomic Hooligan release.

Atomic Hooligan XFM 10 minute mix

As is his wont, every week Eddie Temple Morris asks a dj or producer, beloved to his Remix show on XFM , to put together a 10 minute mix of of all their favorite tracks.
Terry Hooligan decided to go back to his roots a dig out a load of original funk, jazz & rock breaks, hip hop, house, garage, reggae and d&d – all layerd with some pounding b-more & baile funk loops.
