Emperatron is a three-piece dj/producer collective formed in early 2009 in Helsinki, Finland. By the end of the year they had become a household name in the clubworld of Helsinki and hosted the craziest parties having a crowd beyond the limits of the venues every single time. Emperatron also had the honor of having two different residencies at the legendary Club Redrum in Helsinki. During 2009 they entered the blogosphere with their remix of Fukkk Offf’s More than Friends, bootleg edit of Babylon Zoo’s Spaceman. As a result of the success, Top Billin Music found interest in the collective and requested them to make a remix for Yves Rockers Crew’s Up to no Good EP. After that it was time to start talking about a debut release, King Riddim EP, which came out on the hometown label Top Billin Music in October 2010. Also, in late 2010 Emperatron won the title “Best DJ-Collective” by the Finnish City-magazine. Emperatron has had the honor to play in Paris for a full packed Elysée Montmartre, as well as in Villa in Berlin and on a semi outdoors party in St. Petersburg. They have played alongside with many great acts such as Pendulum, Jack Beats, Sinden, Congorock, Designer Drugs, Fukkk Offf and many others. The guys are currently working on their second EP, which is also to be released on Top Billin Music.
