NAPT’s high quality and unique N-Funk sound has taken them to the highest echelons of dance music worldwide. In 2008 NAPT released the two highest selling tracks in breaks and remixed the likes of chic indie band Kish Mauve, Deekline & Wizard, Calvertron and MJ Cole all of which topped sales charts. By the start of 2009 the NAPT N-Funk machine, backed by Funkatech Records, had become unstoppable and their productions were firmly placed in top DJ bags worldwide. In the face of stiff competition NAPT swept up four dance award wins, spanning the beatport music awards and breakspoll. The fans had spoken.

Award winning production aside, NAPT’s high energy, unique and exceptionally popular shows have continually wowed clubbers and has seen them perform at some of the worlds best clubs including the world famous fabric London and Ambar in Perth to name but a few.

Congratulations are in order following last night’s Breakspoll 2010 Awards as NAPT snap up “Best Track” (for “Make My Day” ft Louise Marshall) and “Best Producer” titles for the second year running. Their label Funkatech also came up trumps in the “Best Label” category.

And there’s more still to come! The much awaited “N-Funk pt 4″ is out in March, as well as an official remix for UK Soul Legend Mica Paris… to top it off the guys head out for their North American tour at the end of March and will be dropping by the Miami Music Conference to make some noise.

Chic indie electro band Kish Mauve have more than likely graced your ears before, after all this is the duo that penned the chart topping ‘Two Hearts’ for Kylie Minogue (and indeed collaborate with her on their new album). NAPT collaborated with Kish Mauve to produce the single ‘Lose Control’, released in 2009 before teaming up with talented Romanian film director Dan Claudiu who produced this rather cool video for the track. Having been on the roster for a few months now, NAPT have thoughtfully provided us with a new mix to share with you good people. Kicking off with their brand new release coming soon on Funkatec records, this is another fine showcase of their disco infused N-Funk sounds. A real treat for fans of dance music this mix fuses NAPT’s particular style of breaks, electro and drum n bass to great effect.
