Since the release of Gangsters and Knuckle Sandwich a couple months back it’s been non-stop for the dreadlocked Fin having played everywhere from Sicily to Moscow to London and Dublin. The releases gained overwhelming support from the likes of Annie Mac, Sinden, Switch & Crookers, tipped by Annie Mac as “MASSIVE”, he hasn’t disappointed, and even had the crowd chanting his name at Annie Mac presents in Cardiff. with his current release out on Cheap Thrills and remixes for Trouble & Bass and his new label Bass = Win in the pipeline, things are getting bigger for Rico Tubbs.

Well known for his mastery of the big bassline, Rico Tubbs demonstrates his versatility with his next release on Will Bailey’s Simma Records. An out and out disco monster, this will drop somewhen around March/April with a Will Bailey remix… can’t wait!

The name says it all. Choose bass, and reap the kudos of your fellow man.
Rico Tubs & Terry Hooligan have always known this deep down, but have now decided to share this heart felt ethic with you…. the Public.
In just three easy steps, you too can be an Adonis-like figure of excellence, comparable to these worthy patrons.
Step 1. Forget what you have been taught
Step 2. Choose Bass
Step 3. Win
The Bass = Win high commissions in London (UK) & Tampere (Finland) will now exclusively house the works of Atomic Hooligan & Rico Tubbs. Many exciting new examples of their work following the way of the 3 steps will be released to the public in the coming months.
Recent converts to the Bass way of life include such luminaries as mash up masters Tomb Crew, Italian electro heirs to the throne Reset, London Bassline bad men Fools Tools & Finish beat manipulators Bounce Camp.
