With the success of their latest release “We No Speak Americano” on Sweat It Out ringing in the air, we are pleased to announce the Yolanda Be Cool European tour for June-July 2010!
The Antipodean champions of “party-tech” will be gracing the shores of Europe this summer giving them the opportunity to freeze their nuts off, and us the chance to catch of of the most hyped acts to come out of Australia in recent times.
The support surrounding Yolanda is incredible given their relatively short time together under this moniker. Having licensed their very first original to Fabric 49 (mixed by Buraka Som Sistema) the pair have gone from strength to strength with a string of releases on Sweat It Out gaining the respect of peers such as Renaissance Man, Radioclit, Mylo, Drop the Lime, Brodinski and Sinden to name a few… not to mention radio play from Kissy Sellout on Radio One and Sinden’s Kiss FM shows.
So what’s the fuss all about? Hit that play button and find out!
We are taking bookings for the Yolanda Be Cool NOW! steviemac@faze2agency.com for more info

Even knowing that there are several members of the Top Billin crew, I’m still always impressed by their output. Seems like every week they come out with a great remix or edit… sometimes it’s difficult to keep track! And this week is no exception with their offering on the “Ayoba” (Remix EP) by the fantastic Schlachthofbronx from Munich (If you’ve not heard of these guys yet you should really check them out!)
The EP also includes remixes from Ku Bo, Beataucue, Phon.O, Beware+Motorpitch… and you can grab it at all the normal online outlets, but Top Billin have made their remix available free through Soundcloud!

Following the success of their DJ Zinc ‘Killa Sound’ (Bingo Bass) remix, HeavyFeet return to shatter all expectations with their brand new label, Stamp! Beats.
Over the next twelve months HeavyFeet will release twelve singles, with each release comprising of an original vocal track, a club mix and guest remix.

The label launches on 5th April 2010, and we’re not allowed to give much away before then – we have heard the track and we can tell you that its a high quality package with a great original track and a remix from a top name. Its definately got the stamp of quality all over it!
To keep you happy until the release date, you can download their remix of Roisin Murphy’s “Momma’s Place” for FREE here!
Toddla T likes it – he played it on his BBC Radio1 show – so you should too!

Since it’s release on Top Billin Records a couple weeks ago this track has been gathering yet more heat with support from Sound Pellegrino and Mumdance, and now it’s been picked up by Sinden to kick off his new podcast on The Kool Kids Podcast Klub. In the words of Teki from Sound Pellegrino “2010 is the year for Finland for sure!”, and it certainly seems that way…
You can grab the release over at Beatport along with the Sharkslayer remix, but in the meantime grab a coffee and check out the video below!

UK Streetwear label Dephect is based on a shared love of Hip Hop culture and graphic design, so its not surprising that when they found out about Woody Madera’s Turntables in Technicolor project, they were inspired to produce a run of limited edition T Shirts to celebrate the launch of the show.
Dephect is now an international brand in its own right, progressing via graphic collaborations with unknown and established artists alike, and they’ve gone all out for this project creating a mini-blog within their website.
The T Shirts are available online from the Dephect website (where you can also find a list of stockists). A lucky few will even be able to pick one up direct from Mr Madera himself as he’ll be packing a few before every show.
