It’s been a minute since we caught up with our bro from Moscow Roby Howler. He’s been busy in the studio putting the finishing touches to the first releases of 2012, expect to see several new tracks and EPs dropping on various labels in the near future.

Done for a recent Trouble & Bass competition, download Roby’s unofficial remix of Drop The Lime below. Unfortunately Roby’s remix didn’t win the comp, but has struck a chord with the likes of Hostage nevertheless.

Further releases to come on Keiz Beats, Gash Digital and French label Moveltraxx, as well as two new collaborations with Sharkslayer and more remixes on Top Billin.

With the support around ‘Sanctuary of Love’ at the moment (Adam F, Drop The Lime, Tony Senghore, Feadz, Nick Warren, Lol Boys, Rack N’ Ruin, Disco Bloodbath’s Dan Beaumont plus so many more supporting, also airplay from Triple J Radio, Australia and East Village Radio – New York) you’d be forgiven for thinking this is the only Detboi production due for release. In fact it’s just one of a number of tracks by Detboi that will see the light of day in the coming weeks.

Happily, several exclusive and as yet unheard tracks are included in this new mix, including ‘OG Killa’ from Detboi’s follow up to “Curse of the Voodoo Drums” EP, and the new Machines Don’t Care track (with Hervé) ‘Horns of Cthulu (Voices Inside My Head)’… as far as we know this is the only place to hear the track on the internet at the moment!

Stabbinz (a track we featured here) will also be released on Hervé’s ‘Ghetto Bass 2.5′ compilation, due out later this year.

Yolanda Be Cool are mid-air (at the time of this post), winging their way from their native Australia to Europe to kick off their first European tour. And what a tour it is!

With more parties lined up than Paris Hilton on a bender, you’ve got plenty of chances to catch Australia’s most exciting new export as they rock their way round Europe.

“We No Speak Americano” has already gained massive support from the likes of Brodinski, Mowgli, Sinden and Drop the Lime… it’s even been tipped to hit UK no1 by the Radio One team! Ding ding… ROUND TWO! The boys from Down-Under return for their second European tour in March. Since their last visit in September last year, Act Yo Age (Sweat it Out) have not been resting on their laurels. “Night of the Hornheads” ft Drop the Lime dropped at the end of October featuring remixes from Top Billin,  Bird Peterson and Germany’s very own Acidkids, as well as their new production “Song for Nona” out now on the Four Feet High EP (Sweat it Out) have gained the duo yet more support from the likes of Congorock, Sinden, Kissy Sellout and Steve Aoki (amongst many others!)

Having torn up the coolest spots in Europe last year (Paris Social, Villa Berlin, Zoo/Usine Geneva to name a few) Tim and Adam are heading back in March for more of the same. To celebrate they’ve put together a new 40 minute mini-mix featuring 11 tracks of dancefloor mayhem… enjoy!
