There’s just a few days to go before the release of “Make My Day” (Bashy vs NAPT), but the award winning duo have not been resting on their laurels…

As well as continuing their ever successful Contraband series into 2011 (NAPT remixes of Mike Snow, Daft Punk, Cee Lo Green & 2Pac hitting the top 10 three times on hypem.com chart in the past 3 months, with two of those at number 1!) next year will see a new three part EP single series entitled “Emotion”, bringing their unique N-Funk twist on House and Dubstep, as well as fresh remixes for Brookes Bros (Breakbeat Kaos), Reset! (Cheap Thrills) & 200oFASTWOMEN (Wrapt-up).

And stay tuned for the follow up to “Make My Day” coming early 2011… a Dubstep original featuring one of the biggest urban stars in the UK… more on that soon.

The hype is growing ahead of NAPT’s new release with UK MC Bashy (release date Dec 5th 2010). The London dream team scoop the Money Shot track in this month’s DJ Mag, scoring a more than respectable 9/10.

This, the next single to be taken from his second album, sees Bashy do battle with our very own NAPT and is scheduled for release on 5th December 2010.

Produced by creators of N-funk, the multi-award winning NAPT, Bashy rhymes effortlessly over a dirty bassline, big beats and crazy electro synths on what is an inevitable club banger with a hook those of us of a certain age will recognise instantly.

Following the success of their three-part “Contraband” series which blazed it’s way across blogland and reached the top spot on Hypem… twice, NAPT return to do battle with UK MC Bashy in their latest release.

Making good use of Technotronic’s 1989 hit Pump Up The Jam, Make My Day is the next single from Bashy’s second album, which is due out next year. (Make My Day ft Louise Marshall was also previously a number 1 selling single on beatport for NAPT as part of their much applauded N-Funk series)

Keep an eye out for some very special NAPT collaborations, singles and remixes, from amongst others, Brookes Brothers and Reset!, coming later this year.

Congratulations are in order following last night’s Breakspoll 2010 Awards as NAPT snap up “Best Track” (for “Make My Day” ft Louise Marshall) and “Best Producer” titles for the second year running. Their label Funkatech also came up trumps in the “Best Label” category.

And there’s more still to come! The much awaited “N-Funk pt 4″ is out in March, as well as an official remix for UK Soul Legend Mica Paris… to top it off the guys head out for their North American tour at the end of March and will be dropping by the Miami Music Conference to make some noise.
